Optional Practice Round |
? Scheduling a practice round is optional for a player.
? Practice round expense will be the player?s responsibility. The FCWT has negotiated a reduced rate for all juniors.
? Players are responsible for calling the golf course to schedule a practice round identifying themselves as FCWT participants. You will find this number listed on each application in the upper right hand corner. FCWT would suggest calling one to two weeks prior to the event unless otherwise noted. Some host facilities start tee times later than others, it will vary, most start at 11:00 a.m. Check with host facility regarding procedures for a guest who may want to join a player during their practice round.

Player Registration |
Players are welcome to come and pick up their gift packages, and to meet the FCWT staff. Registration will be at the club house. |

Players Meeting |
All players are to attend this meeting to ask any questions relating to the event. The meeting will also cover the FCWT pace of play policy, code of conduct and spectator guidelines. The meeting will take place outside the pro-shop on the patio. |
