Feather Sound Country Club

Feather Sound Country Club is located on S.R. 688 (Ulmerton Road) just West of I-275. It is conveniently located in Central Pinellas County with easy accessibility to Tampa.


FROM CLEARWATER:

Take S.R. 688 (Ulmerton Road) heading east. The entrance to Feather Sound is 1.1 miles past Bob Evans Restaurant. Feather Sound Drive will be on the left side of the road at the last light before the Howard Frankland Bridge. There is also a tall flagpole with an American Flag (Homewood Suites is on the N.W. corner). When you have entered Feather Sound, the clubhouse will be 0.4 miles ahead on your right.

FROM ST. PETERSBURG:

Take I-275 Northbound. Florida S.R. 686(Roosevelt) - Largo-Clearwater. Veer to the left ("St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport" – Largo-Clearwater). Follow signs to S.R. 688 (Ulmerton Road). From S.R. 688 East, Feather Sound is 0.5 miles ahead on your left, passed Feather Sound Square Complex. Turn left on Feather Sound Drive, which will be the last light before the Howard Frankland. Once on Feather Sound Drive the road veers to the left and the clubhouse will be 0.4 miles ahead on your right hand side before the tennis courts.

FROM OCALA:

Take I-75 to I-275 across the Howard Frankland Bridge. Get off at the Largo-Ulmerton Road exit. Make a right at the first light (Feather Sound Drive) and the club will be a quarter of a mile down on the right hand side.

FROM SARASOTA:

Come across the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. Follow U.S. Hwy 19 until you see I-275 Northbound. Get on I-275 north and follow directions from St. Petersburg.

FROM TAMPA:

Cross the Howard Frankland Bridge. Exit at Exit 31B (old exit 18) ("688 West – Largo – Indian Rocks Beach"). When you are on S.R. 688 West (Ulmerton Road), the entrance to Feather Sound will be about three quarters of a mile ahead on your right at the first light that you come to. Turn right at Feather Sound Drive marked by a tall flagpole. The road will curve to the left, take that curve about 0.4 miles and the clubhouse will be ahead on your right before the tennis courts.
