By Air:
Amelia Island Plantation is only 29 miles from Jacksonville International Airport. Private, corporate aircraft and charters can also fly directly to Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport, four miles north of the property. Transfers to and from Jacksonville International Airport, the municipal airport and the resort are available through the Amelia Island Plantation Transportation Department.

Via Interstate:
From the South:
Take I-95 North to Exit 373 (Old129, Route A1A). Go East 11.2 miles to Amelia Island Parkway, (turn right at 1st traffic light, just over Intracoastal Waterway Bridge). Go 3.4 miles to traffic light and turn right. Go .7 miles to flashing light, turn left. (A1A South). Go 2.7 miles to resort entrance on the left.
From The West:
Take I-10 East to I-95 North to Exit 373 (Old129, Route A1A). Go East 11.2 miles to Amelia Island Parkway, (turn right at 1st traffic light, just over Intracoastal Waterway Bridge). Go 3.4 miles to traffic light and turn right. Go .7 miles to flashing light, turn left. (A1A South). Go 2.7 miles to resort entrance on the left.
From The North:
