Chung continues to lead in the Girls division

Twelve year old Karen Chung of Livingston, NJ (2013) took the first round lead in the Girls division at the Innisbrook Open. Chung, who won the Mystic Dunes Open against some very good competition and was named the Girls Golfweek Player of the Week that week, carded an opening round of 72 on Saturday. Miss Chung was the only player in this division to card an eagle on Saturday. A coldfront came through on Saturday night and the temperatures for Sunday's round never got into the 60s (quite cold for this part of Florida). Alexis Holmes

Senior Alexis Holmes of West Chester, PA, is moving up the leaderboard with the help of an eagle on the par 5, 8th hole. At the end of Saturday's round, Miss Holmes was tied for 4th. Miss Holmes now leads this division in birdies with 5 for the two rounds of play. For Monday's final round, she will start in 2nd place, one stroke ahead of 12 year old Annie Park of Levittown, NY (2013). Miss Park led this division in pars with 14 on Saturday and now leads with 24 for the two rounds of play. Earlier this season, she finished 2nd at Grand Cypress . Fourteen year old Doris Chen of Bradenton, FL (2011) will start in 4th place at 152, 5 strokes back of our leader. The weather is scheduled to warm up for the final round, for which the Floridians will be thankful.

Suk continues to lead Boys 16-18 division

Round One of the Innisbrook Open saw temperatures reach the mid-70s and fortunately play was completed prior to the arrival of predicted thunderstorms. The cold front that was expected overnight arrived and temperatures for Sunday's round never reached 60 degrees - cold for Florida this time of year.

Cyril Suk

FCWT veteran Cyril Suk of Bradenton, FL (2011) fired a 2 under par opening round on Saturday. Four birdies and only 2 bogeys on Saturday allowed Suk to enter the clubhouse with a one stroke advantage over two players tied for 2nd. On Sunday, Cyril carded an even par 71 to remain at -2 for the event. He will have a 2 stroke advantage over

Travis Ralph

Travis Ralph of Redington Beach, FL (2009) heading into Monday's final round. Ralph, who began the day tied for 2nd with Weinand carded a 72 on Sunday to put himself at even par for the event. On Saturday, Ralph led this division in birdies with 6, three on each side. He and Cyril now each have 8 birdies for the event, but Ralph added an eagle on Sunday and is the only player so far to card an eagle in this division.

Maxwell Campion

Maxwell Campion of Brookline, MA (2009) began Sunday's round tied for 4th with 4 other players but moved into 3rd heading into the final round. On Saturday, Campion tied Ryan Booth for the most pars in this division with 14 apiece and now leads this division in pars with 26. Campion's second round of 73 puts him two strokes back of Ralph and 4 strokes back of our leader, Suk.

Andrew Kim

Andrew Kim of Old Tappan, NJ (2010), who also began the day tied for 4th is now in sole possesion of 4th place. He is one stroke back of Campion and one stroke ahead of two players currently tied for 5th.

Andrew Cho of Howey in the Hills, FL (2010) began round two in 8th place after an opening round of 72, but will start the final round tied for 5th with

Ryan Black of Port St. Lucie, FL (2008), who started the day tied for 9th.

Tony Lazzarra of Carmel, IN (2008), will start Monday's round in a tie for 7th, one stroke ahead of
