She led this division in birdies on Saturday with 6 and will have a one stroke advantage over Dottie Ardina of the PHILIPPINES (2012) heading into Sunday's final round. Miss Ardina won the Eagle Creek event in November, but Miss Bauman, a 2nd year player, will be looking for her first win on Sunday. Two players are currently tied for 3rd at 75 (+3): Yueer Cindy Feng of Orlando, FL (2014) and Suzie Lee of Long Island, NY (2010). They are one stroke ahead of Caroline Pinneger of GERMANY (2009) who opened with a 76. Catherine O'Donnell of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL (2008) and Jacqueline Yanch of Ontario, CANADA (2009) are currently tied for 6th at 77. Miss Yanch was the only player in this division to card an eagle on Saturday. Miss Yanch carded a 3 on the par 5, 16th hole.

In the Girls 11-14 division, Gudrun Peturndottir of ICELAND (2013) opened with an 83 to lead by 2 strokes over Stephanie Liu of St. Albans, MO (2015). The Planation Inn Open got off to a late start after a morning rain that put tee times about three and a half hours behind. All players were on the course by early afternoon, and enjoying the warm temperatures (upper 70s). While much of the country had winter woes, spring feels right around the corner in Floriday.

In the Boys 16-18 division, Seiji Liu of Beverly Hills, CA (2010) fired a near flawless round of 5 under par 67, making only one bogey on the day. The fifteen year old will be looking for his first FCWT win on Sunday as he begins the final round with a 3 stroke advantage over Jordan Duffy of Calgary, AB, and Joey Garber of Petoskey, MI (2010). Duffy and Liu both carded 6 birdies on Saturday to lead this division. Garber is the only member of the final pairing who has previously won this season. His win came early in the season at the PGA Golf Club. Two players will start the final round tied for 4th at 71: Jan Ryba of CZECH REPUBLIC and Grant Gaugler III of Bradenton, FL (2008). Five strokes back of the leader and tied for 6th place are John Boehme of Jacksonville Beach, FL (2012) and Motin Yeung of CHINA (2012). Boehme was one of three players to card an eagle during Round One. The other 2 were Se Myung Jeon of KOREA (2009) and Tae Lim of KOREA (2009). Yeung tied Richard Lamb of South Bend, IN (2009) and Lucas Leibel of Toronto, ON (2008) for the most pars in this division on Saturday. Each player carded 14.

Baerwaldt, who led this division in pars with 15, is a second year FCWT player who already has two Top 3s for this season; Murray is an FCWT newcomer playing in his 2nd event. Thirteen year old Kevin Liu of St. Albans, MO (2012) is currently in 5th at 80, just one stroke ahead of Eric Hallberg of Castle Rock, CO (2012) and Andrew Ullman of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL (2013), who are tied for 6th at 81.
