Awards Dinner 5/23 @ 7:30pm	The Future Collegians World Tour would like to invite all participating players and their guests to our Championship Dinner. This year’s Dinner will be held on Friday night, May 23, 2008 at 7:30pm at the PGA National Resort. Players are complimentary, but must make a reservation by fax (727-540-9492) or email. Family and friends are welcome to attend at a cost of $45 per guest. The menu is available on the Tournament Information page. Reservations must be made by family and friends with the player’s reservation. This amount will be added to your tournament balance and will be charged on Friday, May 2, 2008 at NOON EST. All reservations for players and guests must be received by Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at NOON EST. Dress is Golf Attire. If you require a reservation after 4/30 please send an email to make your reservation. Awards will be presented for All-American Teams in the Boys 16-18 division, the Boys 13-15 division, and the Girls division. Special awards will also be presented to the Academic All-American Team and select players from the Boys 11-12 division and Girls 14 and under division. If you have any questions, please let us know. Awards Dinner Guest Speaker	Award-winning senior writer for Golf Digest publications, analyst and insider for NBC Sports and The Golf Channel, Tim Rosaforte, will be the 2007 FCWT Awards Dinner Guest Speaker on Friday, May 23rd.
Cut After Two Rounds	There will be a cut after Round 2 of play. The top 70 and ties will advance to the third (3rd) round. We are anticipating more than 80 players for the final round. The tee times for the 3^rd round will be between 7:30 and 9:30 am.

The Champion Course	The Champion Course, An Unparalleled South Florida Golf Course Originally designed by Tom Fazio for major tournament play, the Champion Course at PGA National Resort & Spa was redesigned by Jack Nicklaus in 1990. Although the Champion Course has generous landing areas and spacious and accepting greens, golfers are presented with course management challenges throughout their rounds. This South Florida golf resort course has five sets of teeing areas, so golfers can choose the yardage that best accommodates their playing abilities. This makes the course enjoyable for golfers of all skill levels. The first hole runs along the adjoining driving range, with a practice green located next to the first tee for that last-minute warm up. The 15th, 16th and 17th holes of our South Florida golf course - which, along with the 11th hole, have been designated as "The Bear Trap" by Nicklaus -- statistically have all been among The Top 10 Most Difficult Holes on the Senior PGA Tour. The Champion Golf Course has a distinguished place in Major Championship history. It was the site of the 1983 Ryder Cup Matches; the 1987 PGA Championship; the 1982-2000 PGA Seniors' Championships; and the 1981, 1982, and 1994-2000 PGA Junior Championships. PGA National's Champion Course is now home to the PGA TOUR's Honda Classic. The Championship Course is dedicated to Jack Nicklaus, in honor of a man whose commitment to golf has been an inspiration to the game, and personifies the high standard of excellence we associate with the "Player of the Century." The Future Collegians World Tour (FCWT) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization committed to helping young men and women in their pursuit of earning a college scholarship through the challenge of competitive golf. Our purpose is to provide a venue of nationally-ranked junior golf tournaments for the junior golfer.
