- Run of House - $175/night, plus tax
- $149 for an IGDB.  This is an Island Green Villa Guestroom with two double beds.  If anyone has booked a different room, that room will stay at the contracted price of $175.  So, if you want the $149 rate you'll have to call to change it to the IGDB and not a Genr room.$149 single/double plus 9% tax
